Synopsis

DO YOU KNOW YOUR IQ?

If you are looking for a way of potentially saving your organisation up to 20% of its annual turnover, this talk from BT's Nigel Turner, Head of BT Design's Customer Management Practice, is for you. In the presentation Nigel will tell you how BT saved over £600 million from its bottom line through improving the quality of information held within its IT systems. He will also test your own IQ (Information Quality) - how much do you know about IQ and what the impacts of poor IQ are? This will include:

  • Why IQ is both a major business and IT issue for organisations?
  • What impact does deficient IQ have on an organisation, its customers and partners?
  • How you can start an IQ (Information Quality) improvement initiative?
  • What skills are needed for a successful IQ programme?
  • How you can measure the benefits of IQ improvement?
