| Description |
In 2002, David Rippon chaired the
BCS working group reviewing the government's consultation paper "Entitlement
Cards and Identity Fraud". In this talk, he will summarise
the key conclusions of this review, and suggest ways of minimising
the risk of failure that apply to this specific project. Whether
interested in the issue of entitlement cards per se, or in the
project management, biometrics, identity fraud, or e-government
aspects in general, this promises to be a fascinating and informative
presentation. |
