Extreme Programming (or "XP") is a development technique for the rapid creation of software that accepts frequent changes in customer requirements. Since 1997, XP has received worldwide attention, winning many converts. Unfortunately, XP is often misunderstood and over-hyped. This talk provides a concise explanation of XP.
