Extreme Programming (or "XP") is a development technique for
the rapid creation of software that accepts frequent changes in customer
requirements. Since 1997, XP has received worldwide attention, winning
many converts. Unfortunately, XP is often misunderstood and over-hyped.
This talk provides a concise explanation of XP.
All are welcome to attend - admission is free.
