Culturenet Cymru promotes Welsh heritage and culture online.
We began by implementing web standards and accessibility guidelines
in three key bilingual websites.
This will be a wide-ranging talk touching on a number of issues,
including:
accessibility - legal position - technical considerations -
W3C WAI -
business objections - saving time and money - web standards

site traffic and Google ranking - bilingualism, constraints
and benefits - effective marketing - productive partnerships.
